In this role, you’ll connect with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide customized solutions. You’ll manage client relionships, ensuring they receive the best service and support. Working closely with your team, you’ll develop stregies to grow our client base and retain long-term relionships. You’ll also mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise to help them succeed. Every day, you’ll contribute to reducing risks and protecting wh mters most to our clients.

Here’s wh you’ll bring to the role:

• A knack for building strong relionships with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms.
• A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities.
• Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent service.
• A collaborive mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year reled experience, and approprie insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participion in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and approprie insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.  

Preferred: Professional designion may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communicion and interpersonal skills.  Proven ability to develop and work with centers of influence

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
