The Black Coturnix chicks will be standard sized quail. They do not grow nearly as large or as quick as the Jumbo Brown chicks, but they are great layers. The Black Coturnix Quail eggs will be smaller than the eggs of the Jumbo Browns. The chicks are almost solid black when hatched and will be solid black when full grown. The Black Quail very unusual and are easy to raise. They are a novelty color and a great addition to your flock.
